Everyone who has spent even a short amount of time with me, knows that my most important role in life has been that of a Mother. I have a wonderful Mother and always wanted to show my children the same unconditional love and support that I had grown up experiencing. Without my parents raising me to believe that nothing was impossible, I would never have taken the professional leap that is PARINTS.
While I thought that I would be the nurse guiding and nurturing, I have realized that this journey has made me the person that I am today. I have become a better person because I have worked with the patients at PARINTS. I have become a better person because I have worked with the staff at PARINTS.
I have cried, laughed, and prayed with those coming through my door. I have asked anyone that would listen for guidance and assistance for those coming through my door. I have been shown the power and the weakness that we each possess and hope that I have become smarter about reaching down and nurturing that greatness that exists in us all.
I want to express my thanks to everyone who came to PARINTS hoping to become a parent: thank you for your trust and for honoring us by allowing us to take this journey beside you. I want to congratulate those who are able to celebrate Mother’s Day because I know the hopelessness and despair that you sometimes felt. And for those that are still waiting to know that joy, I know it can happen, I have seen it time and time again over the past 25 years. GOD is good and will not allow a desire without a way to make it happen. We will work hard to be that way but will support and care for you on whatever path you may take.
You have made me a better person, better nurse, and better Mother. Thank you, Becky
